First Chocolate Tasting
Story, story, story
Back in 1847, J.S. Fry created the first-ever molded chocolate bar. It was a game-changer, transforming chocolate from a drink to something you could hold, share, and enjoy anywhere.
Fast forward to today, and every piece of chocolate carries its own story. Where were the cacao beans grown? Who turned them into that smooth, melt-in-your-mouth bar? Even the moment you’re eating it—whether it’s at home with friends or at a tasting event—changes how it feels.
Chocolate isn’t just food; it’s a conversation starter. It connects us to farmers, artisans, and even each other. 🍫✨
Our first chocolate tasting is coming up in the week of February 3rd ~ February 9th, @Red Rock Coffee!! We’ll present 4–5 chocolates, each reflecting the stories we want to share.
This time, the Story is context: Where has chocolate been, where is it now, and where might it go?
Invitations are sent! See you soon!!
